In Flowvenue, AI does not replace the authorization model. A process can include roles, permissions and approvals that determine who can view, modify or advance specific activities.
Separate understanding from authorization
The fact that a model understands a request does not imply that the action is authorized. The runtime verifies user context and applicable constraints before execution.
Human-in-the-loop approvals
Processes can include human approval points. When a decision requires an authorized person, execution can pause and wait for that intervention rather than delegating the choice to the model.
Roles and capabilities
Organizations can govern access to functions and integrations based on role and operational context, including when capabilities are exposed through conversational interfaces or MCP.
Why it matters
AI can simplify interaction, but authorization and accountability must remain verifiable and independent from the wording of the user request.
