Traditional technology consulting ties a large part of revenue to project hours. Flowvenue introduces a different model: customers can create and modify their own processes in natural language, while partners and system integrators focus on vertical expertise, complex integrations and reusable accelerators.
Customers do not depend on the partner to build the process
A business user can describe what is needed and build a process with data, rules, actions, approvals and integrations without writing code. The same process can later be changed conversationally.
Partner know-how becomes leverage, not a bottleneck
A partner specialized in HR, finance, travel, automotive, operations or procurement can turn procedures and best practices into reusable processes. The partner’s value moves from repetitive configuration toward operational IP and vertical accelerators.
From projects to operational IP
Partners can build proprietary libraries of vertical processes and reuse them. Customers can then adapt those processes in natural language without starting from zero.
FlowExchange as a distribution channel
FlowExchange enables process sharing and distribution. Partners can create catalogs of vertical capabilities; customers can install a process and personalize it simply by describing how their own operations differ.
MCP expands the usage surface
A process does not have to live only in the Flowvenue UI. Through MCP, it can be used by compatible AI clients while logic and governance remain in the runtime.
A different consulting economics
Discovery, change management and integrations still matter, but the product does not depend on mandatory professional services. Customers can build themselves; partners increase speed, quality and specialization.
