What should be reconstructable
For an operational action, it is useful to identify which capability was invoked, its outcome, when it happened, relevant process context and any significant errors.
Persistent state
The process does not live in model memory. Data, state and progress persist in the runtime and can be queried independently from the conversation that initiated them.

Calls to tools and capabilities can be tracked with operational metadata useful for support, security, troubleshooting and forensic analysis.
